Cancellation Policy

NEW CLIENTS All new clients are required to begin with our "New Client Experience" before entering a treatment tier. The experience includes a personalized consultation, goal assessment, treatment plan, and one eligible body sculpting treatment selected based on your goals and treatment needs. BOOKING + DEPOSITS All appointments must be booked through our booking site. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. CANCELLATIONS A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made outside of the 24-hour window are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. LATE ARRIVALS Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late are subject to a $25 late fee. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the late fee will still apply. NO CALL / NO SHOW No-call/no-show appointments are subject to a $50 fee and the scheduled session will be forfeited. TREATMENT TIERS Treatment tiers are recommended based on your consultation, goals, and treatment needs. Tier 1 must be completed within 3 weeks. Tier 2 must be completed within 5 weeks. Tier 3 must be completed within 6 weeks. A maximum 2-week extension may be allowed for scheduling conflicts. STUDIO POLICY No additional guests are permitted unless they are also being serviced. Once services have begun, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By booking an appointment with RayDe’ Sculpting, you acknowledge and agree to our policies and procedures.
